Job TitleRegistered Nurse - House Supervisor

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the on-site house supervisor during night shifts, overseeing facility operations in the absence of on-site leadership
- Provide supervisory coverage across multiple units including Med/Surg, Surgical, Behavioral Health, OR, and ED
- Manage care for an average daily census of approximately 70 patients across adult and geriatric inpatient populations, as well as all-ages ED and OR patients
- Float across units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
- Document and chart using EPIC EMR
- Complete required pre-start modules prior to assignment begin date
Required Qualifications- Active, unencumbered New York State RN license - must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a House Supervisor
- EPIC EMR experience is a hard requirement
- BLS certification required
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills- Demonstrated comfort and confidence managing facility operations independently during off-hours and weekends
- Broad clinical experience across multiple care settings (Med/Surg, Behavioral Health, OR, ED)
- Experience working as a travel nurse across varied facility environments
