Travel Nursing Job Details

  • Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
  • Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekends
  • Call: No call required
  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
  • Setting: Level II NICU / Special Care Nursery
  • Float: May float to Labor & Delivery for well-baby couplet care only

Registered Nurse Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) credential required
  • BLS and NRP required
  • Any experience level considered
  • Comfort working with neonatal patients in a Level II NICU setting
  • Ability to support high-risk deliveries and Cesarean sections as part of the care team
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused nursing skills

NICU Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care for neonates in a Level II NICU environment
  • Attend high-risk deliveries and Cesarean sections
  • Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff to support safe, quality patient care
  • Assist with well-baby couplet care in Labor & Delivery when floating is needed
  • Follow unit standards and maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and families
