Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing – Wisconsin

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 0.9 FTE day shift, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts with every third weekend and holiday rotation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and state laws
  • Document patient care according to standards of care
  • Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care according to individualized needs as prescribed by physician and facility policy, including patient and family instruction
  • Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care
  • Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience, escalating concerns through appropriate chain of command
