Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Develop and update individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding healthcare needs and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards
