Job Summary
This is an exciting 13-week travel assignment for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Rochester, New York. The role involves providing high-quality patient care within a dynamic hospital environment located at 601 Elmwood Ave. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute your expertise in a new setting, working 12-hour day shifts, three days per week. You will utilize your clinical skills to manage diverse patient needs and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for efficacy and adverse reactions.
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic data.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic health record.

- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Respond to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
