Job Summary
This is a 13-week travel assignment for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Tampa, Florida. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
- Document patient care services accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
