Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit RN – Ohio
Start Date: November 13, 2026
Location: Akron, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; every other holiday

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months permanent experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Step-Down setting
- Active Ohio RN license or current Compact State license in hand at time of application
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Current NIHSS certification required
- Supervisory reference from PCU/Step-Down experience within the past 12 months required
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate competency assessments during orientation
- Background clearance required; no open cases accepted
- BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
