Job Summary
This is a 13-week travel assignment for a dedicated Registered Nurse in Rochester, New York. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment, contributing to positive patient outcomes and supporting the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
- Document patient observations, interventions, and responses accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York or compact state license with the ability to obtain a NY license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care.
