Job Summary
Join a dedicated team as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse in Atlanta, Georgia. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to provide high-acuity care to critically ill patients within a dynamic acute care hospital setting.
The primary unit for this role is a Medical-Surgical ICU, specifically unit 640A, where you will manage complex patient cases requiring advanced monitoring and interventions. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.
This is a 13-week travel contract, requiring a commitment to night shifts and adherence to specific holiday work expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent, acute care Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience.
- Ability to work as a travel nurse, residing outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN).
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in critical care nursing principles and practices.
- Experience with Cerner electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Ability to manage complex patient cases in a Medical-Surgical ICU setting.
