Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Doylestown, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care to hospice patients in their homes throughout Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidates will be committed to supporting patients' comfort, dignity, and well-being while delivering compassionate care in a home-based setting.
We are currently looking to fill 5 CNA positions, with consideration given to full-time, part-time, and PRN candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Follow established care plans and hospice care protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous home health experience preferred.
- Hospice care experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes throughout Bucks County, PA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekends preferred.
Schedule and Employment Options
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Part-Time: Flexible opportunities may be available.
- PRN: As-needed scheduling available.
