Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Administrative Manager for a travel nursing job in Brooklyn, New York.
Job Description & Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:
-Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
-Critical thinking.
-Excellent computer skills in Excel and Word.
-Capable in producing trend and evaluation data and documentation.
-Knowledge of quality improvement philosophy models, processes and tools and their use in health care integrated settings.
-Knowledge of methods for CQI, and Root Cause Analysis.
-Works effectively in integrated structure by establishing effective working relationships with all departments and levels of staff.
-Works as a team player.
-Demonstrates respect and professionalism in all interactions.
-Excellent oral and communication skills.
-Experience and demonstrated competency in applicable clinical specialty.
-Demonstrated commitment to continued professional growth and development.
-Demonstrates competence in leadership and administrative skills.
-Decision making and problem solving.
-Able to see, hear, read and write English.
Required Education:
-Bachelor's degree - Graduate of accredited nursing school (BSN) required.
-Master's degree in Nursing is required.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Current NY State RN License, required.
-Basic Life Support (BLS), required.
-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), required.
-Certified in area of Specialty, required.
