Requirements
- 2 years of experience required
- 1 year of leadership or management experience required
- Experience managing staff and practice operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between physicians, office employees, and clinical/administrative departments.
- Develop growth strategies and business plans with physicians and leadership.
- Support financial, budget, and business goals.
- Ensure adequate staffing for provider schedules.
- Monitor billing and collection functions.
- Oversee daily practice operations, policies, staff development, and patient flow.
- Manage staff performance, satisfaction, and conflicts.
- Oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
- Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and providers.
Special Notes
- Family Medicine practice spanning multiple locations.
- Manages approximately 15 associates, 7 physicians, and 21 residents.
- Epic is the EMR for outpatient and inpatient settings.
