Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Behavioral Health Director for a travel nursing job in Brooklyn, New York.

Director of Nursing, Behavioral Health:
Required Skills & Experience:
-Critical thinking, math, and computer skills – Excel & Word.
-Effective application of TQM teams, quality measures, clinical guidelines and process management initiatives.
-Monitors and facilitates the meeting of requirements of NYSDOH, JCAHO and other regulators.
-Capable in producing trend and evaluation data and documentation.
-Knowledge of quality improvement philosophy models, processes and tools and their use in health care integrated settings.
-Maintains currency with state of the art and regulatory trends. Knowledge of methods for CQI, and Root Cause Analysis.
-Works effectively in integrated structure by establishing effective working relationships with all departments and levels of staff.
Required Education:
-Master’s Degree in nursing or related field.
OR
-Minimum ten (10) years of Relevant Administrative/ Supervisory experience.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Current NY State RN License.
-BLS.
-ACLS.
-TRUST.
