Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position available in a healthcare organization located in Rockford, Illinois. This role involves performing radiopharmaceutical preparation, Gamma camera operation, and radiation safety procedures. The position requires certification and experience in nuclear medicine, with rotating Saturday shifts and no holidays.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift with start times ranging from 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 A.M., working weekdays (Monday to Friday) with rotating Saturdays (6:00 A.M. to noon). No holidays are scheduled.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in American Heart Association (AHA), with current radiopharmaceutical preparation, Gamma camera operation, radiation safety, intravenous (IV) administration, and clinical nuclear medicine experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Clinical nuclear medicine experience, radiopharmaceutical preparation and dosing, Gamma camera operation, radiation safety, IV administration skills.
  • Additional Information: The position is in a healthcare organization staffed Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays, and requires adherence to safety standards and certifications.
