Job Summary:
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist position is based in a healthcare organization providing advanced diagnostic imaging services. The role involves performing nuclear medicine procedures, including PET-CT scans, for a diverse patient population in a well-equipped facility. Job Details:

  • Location: 801 WEST MAPLE STREET, FARMINGTON, NM 87401
  • Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with weekly guaranteed hours of 40 hours
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in nuclear medicine, PET/CT required; ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification and New Mexico state license required; BLS certification from AHA; 2 years of experience preferred
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IV access, post-processing procedures, and familiarity with cardiac, bone, and gallbladder diagnoses/treatments
  • Additional Information: This role involves periodic on-call duties, typically from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM, scheduled every third week. The position requires a graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program. The department features advanced imaging equipment including GE 5-ring PET-CT, GE Hawkeye SPECT/CT, and upcoming GE 830 SPECT Camera. The EHR system in use is Cerner.
