Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week | Includes weekend shifts and on-call obligations
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards of care
- Operate nuclear medicine equipment and ensure proper functioning and quality control
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as directed and in compliance with safety regulations
- Participate in rotating weekend shifts as part of the standard schedule
- Fulfill on-call obligations one day per week and one weekend per month, with on-call coverage beginning immediately following the end of the scheduled shift (4:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Current NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification
- Current state licensure as required
- Ability to work rotating weekends and participate in on-call coverage
- BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Familiarity with a variety of nuclear medicine imaging modalities and procedures
