License: Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the ARRT or CNMT certified through NMTCB. Certifications: Board Certified CNMT or ARRT(N) Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Preferred: A BS degree in nuclear medicine from an accredited college or university. Description: Performs in vivo nuclear medicine procedures using tagged radionuclides. Doses patients with radiopharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals as prescribed by physician orders. Operates under the supervision of a Radiologist. Completes quality control and quality assurance procedures as required. Ensures compliance with regulations and licenses. Maintains accurate data entry in the Client Information System and Picture Archival and Communication System. Experience with performing PET/CT scans is required.
