DRIVER'S LICENSE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH SUBMISSION Nuclear Med Tech| 5x8 Shift: Mon-Fri. 8a-430p 40 hours a week rotating weeks 7a-330p and 730a-4p. On call every third weekend 7a-7p and every third week from 4p-7p. Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Depends on Experience Certs/Licenses: ARRT or NMTCB; Nuclear Medicine License from the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH); BLS Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes if there is a need. Open to accommodating block schedule?
