Must-Have: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
Description:
Provide patient care before, during, and after PET/CT procedures.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education.
Verify patient information, physician orders, consent, and required pre-procedure preparations.
Obtain and document patient history.
Perform PET/CT imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Manage patient registration and orders.
Support PACS/EMR quality assurance processes.
Perform equipment quality control.
Manage radiopharmaceuticals and department inventory.
Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program required.
