Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients of all ages
  • Support a full-service radiology department offering diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, CT, MRI, interventional radiography, bone density, and mammography
  • Conduct quality control measures, including radiation protection protocols for patients and staff
  • Participate in quality assurance monitoring and evaluation activities
  • Perform venipuncture as required for nuclear medicine procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of current Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience in a hospital setting
  • Active ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification required
  • Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) credential required
  • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
  • Venipuncture experience required
  • Local candidates are welcome; candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility should be aware that a adjusted local rate may apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior travel assignment experience highly preferred
  • Experience serving rural or community hospital patient populations
