WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in NICU Level III and PICU care, committed to delivering high-quality care to premature and ill newborns.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to neonates in the NICU, ensuring adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
• Manage and monitor ventilators and other critical care equipment.
• Administer medications, including IV vasopressors, steroids, and surfactants.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and other cardiac/respiratory conditions.
• Perform feeding management, including bottle, breast, and gavage feedings.
• Manage central lines, implanted lines, and umbilical catheters (UAC/UVC).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to PICU, Peds, and Newborn Nursery as required, adapting to varied patient needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU Level III and PICU setting.
• Active NJ or Compact RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Strong skills in arterial line management, ventilator management, and neonatal care.
• Ability to work every other weekend and provide coverage during winter holidays.
