Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU or specialty nursing experience
• Recent clinical experience within the last 12 months
• Level III NICU experience required
• Experience caring for micro-preemies and supporting high-frequency ventilation
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required at submission
• Ability to work every weekend and follow the posted schedule
• Willingness to float within the assigned hospital network as needed
• Epic experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality neonatal nursing care to NICU patients
• Monitor newborns closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Support infants requiring specialized respiratory care, including high-frequency ventilation

• Adapt to weekend-focused scheduling and floating assignments as needed
