Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a Level IV NICU position requiring vent and trach experience and an OH or compact RN license.

  • Level IV NICU with high acuity surgical, gastrointestinal, respiratory, and neurological conditions of the neonate
  • Supports a regional high acuity Fetal Care Center with a high volume of intubated and acute infants

  • Epic charting system preferred

Requirements

  • Active OH or Compact RN license required
  • Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the NICU specialty required
  • Level IV NICU experience required
  • Vent and Trach experience required
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Supervisor reference within the past 2 years required

Additional Information

  • Candidates will float within the hospital, potentially to the Liberty campus
  • RTO must be submitted at time of consideration and cannot exceed 5 days total
  • Candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local and local rates will apply
  • Previous employees of the facility are ineligible to apply for 1 year from their termination date
  • Candidates must complete an additional background check and fingerprinting onsite on their first day, which could impact employment
