We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support our mission of delivering comprehensive neonatal care. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to infants born at 32 weeks and above in a Level II NICU setting.
• Administer respiratory support, including CPAP, HFNC, and short-term ventilation.
• Manage peripheral IVs, central lines, and NGT feedings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pharmacy, nutrition, OT, SLP, lactation, child life, and social work.
• Participate in Family Integrated Nursing Care (FINC), supporting both mother and NICU baby in the same room.
• Float to pediatric units as needed, based on competence and comfortability, to cover hyperbilirubin readmits and failure to thrive cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient NICU experience.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 3-4:1, depending on acuity.
• Flexibility to float house-wide for 1:1 coverage, though rare.
• RN License (NH or Compact) required.
