Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to newborns and infants in a NICU setting
  • Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 in accordance with unit standards
  • Float between multiple campuses as assigned, with primary needs at select locations
  • Float to Pediatrics and PICU units as needed, with assignments limited to newborns and infants
  • Complete virtual orientation modules and participate in unit-based orientation shifts

Required Qualifications

  • Active Washington State RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
  • Current AHA BLS certification
  • Current NRP certification
  • Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
  • Two professional references covering at least 1 year of specialty experience within the last 3 years (at least one reference must be a supervisor or charge RN)

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with EPIC electronic health records charting
