Job Description & Requirements

Submission Requirements
- Active license required at the time of submission.
- All requested time off (RTO) and scheduling requests must be included with the initial submission.
- Start dates should generally be within 3-4 weeks of the posted start date unless otherwise specified.
- All required certifications must be active prior to the start date.
- All time-off requests must be submitted upfront.
Floating Requirements
- Travelers may be required to float:
- Within the assigned facility
- To affiliated facilities within a 25-mile radius
- Based on staffing and patient care needs
Compliance Requirements
- No pass/fail testing required.
- No pre-start modules required.
- Candidates must be fully compliant and cleared by Thursday at 12:00 PM prior to orientation.
- Failure to meet the compliance deadline may result in moving the start date to the next orientation, potentially delaying the assignment by up to two weeks.
