**Exciting Opportunity for NICU RN: Join Our Passionate Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** NICU RN - **Shift:** Evening into Night (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) - **Unit:** Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - **Location:** Asheville, North Carolina **Why You Will Love This Role:** - **Mission-Driven Environment:** Work at a renowned facility known for its commitment to providing high-quality care for infants and children. - **Advanced Care:** Participate in delivering exceptional care in a 51-bed Level III NICU, equipped with advanced technology and a supportive team. - **Collaborative Team:** Join a dedicated staff of 120, including 18 RNs on the night shift, committed to providing compassionate patient care. - **Dynamic Patient Ratios:** Handle a manageable patient load with ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4, allowing you to focus on quality care. - **Specialty Experience:** Bring your Level III or higher NICU experience to a team that values your expertise (2 years or more preferred). - **Certifications Required:** Must have NRP certification. **Unit Characteristics:** - **Patient Care:** Friendly atmosphere with a focus on teamwork and support. - **Diverse Equipment:** Utilize various advanced medical equipment and EMR systems (Cerner). - **Flexible Floating Opportunities:** Possible floating to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother-Baby (babies only). **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Personality Traits:** Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing the best care for neonates. - **Commitment:** Willingness to work every other weekend, contributing to a well-rounded team. **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color/Attire: Navy blue **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
