Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in a level 3 neonatal intensive care unit, requiring current NRP certification.

Details

  • Work in a 33-bed Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
  • 13-week assignment length

Requirements

  • Active KS or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
  • Current BLS certification (AHA) required
  • Current NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics) required
  • Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
  • Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
  • Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

  • Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level 3 NICU setting
  • COVID-19 vaccination is not required
  • Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility
  • Travelers should discuss potential extensions with their manager approximately 45 days before the assignment end date
