Number of Staff: 100

Staff Types: Day Shift/Night Shift (1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 14-17 RNs, 1 Unit Coordinator)

Patient Ratios: 2:1, 1:1

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU Level IV hospital experience
  • BLS, NRP & PALS certifications
  • NICU Level IV experience is required

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in PICU for floating
  • Post-surgical care experience
