Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This position requires advanced skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding care to neonates. The NICU is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offers a supportive work environment.

Unit Specifics

• Number of Beds: 60
• Patient Ratios: 2-3:1
• Unit Staffing Description: No techs in NICU
• Type of Equipment: Philips Monitors
• Documentation System: Meditech & Centricity Perinatal
• Scheduling Requirements: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and holiday obligations
• Floating Policy: Float to comparable areas of high need
• Patient Experience Requirements: Previous NICU experience required

Qualifications

• Current nursing license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• STABLE certification

Dress Code

Required uniform includes navy or ceil blue, any shade of grey, or white scrubs. Long sleeves, watches, rings, and any form of nail polish are not permitted.
