Description

American Traveler is seeking an RRT for a NICU Respiratory Therapist position on night shift requiring RRT certification and Epic experience.

Details

• NICU setting within the Newborn Respiratory unit
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift schedule of 3 x 12-hour shifts plus 3 call shifts per 6-week schedule
• Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

• RRT certification mandatory
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred; some facilities accept Red Cross, though certain locations accept AHA only)
• RCP or RRT license with NBRC certification required
• License required if applicable
• Active MA license required at time of consideration, no conditional or pending licenses accepted
• Primary source verification of professional license/certification required within 30 days of start and upon expiration

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory care to newborn and NICU patients as part of the care team
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates within 60 miles of Boston may be considered at a reduced rate
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
