Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Specialist, Nights This position is based in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and requires working 12-hour night shifts, including weekends. The role involves providing specialized care to critically ill neonates, with potential to float to other units within the ICU cluster such as Pediatric ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Burn ICU, and Intermediate Medical Unit. Candidates must demonstrate recent experience working with Trach patients and possess active licensure.

Job Details

  • Position Description: NICU 12-Hour Nights, weekends required. May float to other units in ICU cluster (Pediatric ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Burn ICU, Intermediate Medical Unit).
  • Required Qualifications: Must have Level 4 experience (clearly noted on submission packet). Level 1 or 2 NICU experience will not be considered. Must have at least one prior travel assignment. Recent experience with Trach patients. Active AR or Compact License required upon offer. EPIC experience is required (please note on packet).
  • Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: IVS review/ NM to OFFER.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
