Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse in MESA, AZ. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required, and experience in neonatal intensive care is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing and professional certification relevant to neonatal care are preferred.
• Additional Information: Provides direct patient care for neonatal patients, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and documents all care activities accurately and timely. Demonstrates clinical expertise, promotes patient safety, and actively participates in quality improvement initiatives. Assesses patient progress, responds effectively to clinical situations, and contributes to the education of patients, families, and staff.
