  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; professional certification in neonatal or critical care nursing preferred.
  • Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for comprehensive assessment, planning, and documentation of neonatal patient care, including communicating with families and multidisciplinary team members. Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel, and participation in quality improvement activities. The role involves physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 75 pounds, and utilizing standard precautions.
