Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a neonatal intensive care or acute care setting; additional certifications related to neonatal care.
- Essential Functions: Collects relevant data related to neonatal health; develops and implements care plans; coordinates with healthcare team and families; provides education to patients families; participates in discharge planning; delegates tasks appropriately; performs other related duties as assigned.
