The selected candidate will join a well-established unit dedicated to delivering exceptional neonatal care and ensuring positive outcomes for vulnerable infants.

Location: Austin, TX
Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours weekly
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, 2 years of NICU experience including Level 4 NICU expertise, ability to start by 09/07/2026, no minimum years of experience required beyond that specified, and willingness to work day shifts.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Level 4 NICU highly preferred.
Additional Information:
- Unit consists of 65 beds with a staff of over 200 healthcare professionals including RNs, RTs, unit assistants, and others.
- Equipment includes ventilators, infusion pumps, feeding pumps, breast pumps, and more.
- EMR system used is Meditech and CPN.
- Team-oriented environment emphasizing collaboration and positive attitude.
- Dress code requires navy scrubs.
