  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and at least 1 year of experience in a level III NICU setting, with experience handling preemies (including those born at 28 weeks and above), managing central lines, and respiratory support including intubated patients.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with surgical patients, cardiac patients, care of infants with trachs and broviacs, performing procedures such as central line insertions, circumcisions, exploratory laps, gastroschisis reductions, and PDA ligations.
  • Additional Information: Care for patients aged 2 years, with staffing consisting of RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and Nurse Externs. Equipment used includes nasal cannula, Bubble Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), vents, oscillators, IV pumps, near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), warmers, and isolettes. Must follow unit-specific policies and dress code (royal blue scrubs).
