Express Healthcare Staffing Illinois is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois.
**Must have IL license to be considered. NO compact license!**
!!!! MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COVER THANKSGIVING !!!!
Required certification: BLS (AHA)
Required experience & skills: Travelers must have 1 year experience with Neuro OR cases including spinal fusions and craniotomies (will do more than spine and crani's so must be well rounded in all neuro cases). If they do not have this experience will need to be redirected, no exceptions.
Department: Neurology Surgery | RN
- Shifts & Scheduling: 10 hour shifts, 0700-1730. Call shifts 1530-0700. No Self scheduling.
- Weeknight/Call Requirements: Yes call. 1 - 2 night a week. 1730-0700.
- Weekend/Call Requirements: Weekend Rotation, Approximately 1 per month.
- Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes
- Floating Requirements: Could float but not likely due to staffing.
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Blue scrubs -provided. Bring personal shoes.
- Unit/Department specific orientation: Typically 1 - 40 hour week.
- Additional Notes: 1 RN circulator per room and 1 RN/Scrub tech to scrub.
