Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN staff experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Experience caring for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Ability to complete a competency assessment within 24 hours of submission
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity critical care environment
• Navy blue scrubs required

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based critical care to ICU patients
• Monitor complex patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes
• Administer medications, manage treatments, and document care accurately in Epic
• Provide care for patients with trauma, surgical, and neurological diagnoses
• Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-centered approach during every shift
• Follow unit standards, dress code expectations, and clinical best practices
