Requirements

KS or Multistate license.
TB documentation.
Immunity status of Hep B, MMR, & Varicella (obtained by a titer) or proof of vaccination series completion.
Epic EMR system experience preferred.
TDaP vaccine, Influenza vaccine or exemption request during flu season.
1 year of experience required.
AHA BLS required at time of submission.
