Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Fort Myers, FL. We are seeking dedicated RNs for a 52-bed Neuro PCU, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care in a dynamic environment.

As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit, you will be part of a team that values culture and collaboration. You will be expected to handle patient ratios of 1:4 to 5 and float between both sides of the Neuro Floor. Your expertise in EKG rhythm interpretation and neuro experience will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Float to other units as needed, including sister campuses.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• 2 years of nursing experience required; neuro experience is highly preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Degree accreditation must be on profile or 5 years of experience required.
• Ability to read EKG rhythms.
