**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required - Travel experience required - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required - License in-hand required before start - Must be able to work 2-3 holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's **Preferred Experience and Certifications:** - Epic experience strongly preferred - CPI preferred - Previous Charge Experience preferred **Skills:** - Accessing/Managing Ports - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood Product Administration - Cardiac Telemetry - Central line care/management - Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac - Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) - ER Holding - Feeding tube care and management - Heparin Protocols - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Intracranial bleeds - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV insulin protocols - Manage Cardiac drips- no titration - Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration - Management of dysrhythmias - MS/Tele - Nasal Cannula - Neuro Stepdown - Non-invasive airway management - Oxygen administration - Oxygen tanks - Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent - PCA - PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Peripheral Line Care/Management - Phlebotomy - PICC line management - Post Cardiac Angiogram - Post MI - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath - Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery - Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management - Renal failure - Seizure disorders - Starting and maintaining IVs - Substance Withdrawal - Surgical drains - Telemetry - Telemetry - on the unit monitoring - Telemetry - remote monitoring - Thrombolytic Agents - Titrate Cardiac drips - Titrate Vasoactive drips - Titration of Insulin drips - Tracheostomy care/management - Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) - Traumatic Brain Injury - Use of Rapid Response/Code teams - Wound Care/Wound Vac **Additional Requirements:** - Must be able to float divisionally, overflow, and handle ED holds - 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee - Must include all requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission or prior to accepting the offer - Clinicians must be available to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting the offer or have a plan in place for completion in that timeframe - Local Radius Rule: not accepted within 50 miles - Modules are non-billable if completed in the first 16 hours of orientation, average 2-3 hours of modules - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required, Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
