Job Summary

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule

• Shift: Night Shift
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 4×12-Hour Nights (or 3×12 if signing for 36 hours)

Required Certifications

• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS

Preferred Certifications

• TNCC
• BSN
• 10 Hours of Stroke Education

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years Neuro ICU experience
• Minimum 2 years in a Neuro setting
• First-time travelers accepted if requirements are met.
• Previous experience in a Comprehensive Stroke Center is highly preferred.
• Must pass the Relias EKG Exam (Interpretation & Management of Dysrhythmias).

• Neuro ICU experience
• Comprehensive Stroke Center experience preferred

Local Candidate Policy

• No local travelers accepted
• 75-mile radius rule applies.

Additional Information

• Travelers may choose between 36-hour or 48-hour contracts.
• Epic EMR experience is preferred.
• BJC Travel Policies:
  • Travelers cannot live within 75 miles of the facility.
