This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated RN to provide exceptional care to neurocritical care patients, including those with ischemic or hemorrhagic strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. Key Responsibilities:

Provide care for neurocritical care patients with complex neurological diagnoses.
Monitor and manage patients using specialized equipment such as intracranial pressure monitors and external ventricular drains.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain a high standard of nursing practice.

Requirements:

1 year of Neuro ICU experience required.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
AL or Compact Nursing License required.
No local candidates within a 75-mile radius.

Additional Information:

Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
Ratios: 1:2
Float Requirement: CCU as needed
