Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Neuro ICU position requiring 2 years of experience and current NIHSS certification.

Details

Neuro ICU unit with 18 beds
Patient ratio of 1:2, flexing up or down based on acuity
Night shift schedule, 7P to 7A
Every other weekend required
May float to the Neuro IMC unit
Uses Epic EMR
2-shift floor orientation provided (additional shifts if needed)

Requirements

Active VA or Compact RN license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
NIHSS certification required
CCRN, SCRN, or CNRN certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required

Additional Information

Holiday coverage required for 1 major and 1 minor holiday
