Neuro ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neuro ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced Neuro Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Neuro ICU or related critical care environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Work Schedule

This position requires night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Flexibility in scheduling may be necessary based on patient needs and unit demands.

Location

The position is based in a Neuro ICU setting in the city of your choice, within the state.
