Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neuro ICU – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 06:45). Every other weekend required. Block scheduling available. 91-day assignment with 48-hour orientation.

Highlights:

• Certified Stroke Center and Neuro ICU with 2:1 patient ratios
• First-time travelers welcome with 2 years of experience preferred
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and phlebotomy
• Advanced neuro critical care including EVD management, ventilator management, and stroke management
• Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology including hypothermia protocols and ICP monitoring
• Two pre-approved time-off periods available during assignment

Requirements:

• Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand at submission
• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience; 2 years preferred
• Experience with 2:1 patient ratios
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Willingness to float to other adult ICU units as needed
• Previous charge experience preferred
