LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.

Job Description & Requirements

**MUST HAVE NY LICENSE IN HAND - NO EXCEPTIONS**

Specialty: 4500 MS/Tele RN
Shift: 4x12 D/N rotation 0700-1900/1900-0700
Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
Weekend: Everyother weekend
Floating: Required
Locals Accepted: No, must be more than 75 mile radius
First time travelers: Accepted with experience in patient ratio requirement.
Patient Ratio Experience Required: 1:6
Charge experience: Required
Charting: EPIC experience is required
Certs Required: BLS/NIHSS - Please include valid NIHSS in submittal
Specifics: This is a high volumn unit. Need to be able to take a 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio for MedSurg

Patient Diagnoses: Complex care unit for Medicine, ortho overflow and complex long term patients
