Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry, Tele RN, or related acute care nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience in a fast-paced inpatient hospital environment preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, days, and every other holiday
• Successful completion of required orientation assessments
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, time management, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to adult medical/surgical telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, complete assessments, and document nursing care accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Assist with care for patients who may require floating within similar patient-care areas
• Support a high standard of patient safety, quality, and professional nursing practice
• Maintain flexibility to meet unit needs during day and night rotational scheduling
