Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to sister units as needed to meet facility demands.

Requirements:

• 2 years of acute care experience required.
• BLS certification (AHA) is mandatory; NIHSS certification is preferred.
• First-timers accepted, provided experience requirements are met.
• Comfortable with flexible staffing ratios (1:5-1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios may flex based on staffing needs).

Additional Information:

• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• Charting: EPIC
• No on-call requirements.
• Weekend requirements will be per unit needs.
